As a GmbH (comparable with the legal form of a Ltd.) Angelfreight was established on the 1st of July 1995.

Its founder and Managing Director, Mr. Stefan Engelschall, created the headquartiers in Mainz, economically perfectly based near Frankfurt International Airport  (THE European hub).
